Meet Zora!

Zora is a black & tan rough female just six months old. She is very sweet, is of submissive nature, and very compatible with other pets. She enjoys chasing and returning balls and toys. Her favorite are the squeaky toys. She loves to run & play outdoors, and occasional zooms & rough housing indoors.

Zora is very appreciative of tummy rubs, caresses, and kisses. She has a desire to please and already understands Sit, Down, Heel, Cookie, Potty, Hungry. She does best crated at night but prefers to be within eyesight at bedtime or gets terribly upset. If she can see you she is fine. Her house manners are pretty good right now but she is supervised and is getting frequent opportunity to potty outdoors. She would be a wonderful companion for someone who has the time, and preferably a home with another pet.

Zora is located in California.

If you would like more information, contact Carole Ross. If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
