Waldo is a puppy mill rescue. He is a sweet boy who is learning that life is much better than he thought it could be. Poor Waldo had never seen grass before – he had never experienced kindness from people and didn’t know how to walk on a leash. He is working on his housetraining skills but will need patience and help with this as he lived in a cage and never had any housetraining skills at all. Waldo is coming out of his shell and well on his way to becoming a total love.
Waldo is five years old, neutered and up to date on his shots. He is a bit on the large side – about 20 lbs – but needs to lose a lb. or two.
Waldo is located in Torrington, CT.
If you would like more information,
contact Vicki. If you are interested
in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.
Keep in mind that we prefer
to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone
from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to
fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
