Meet Toyo!
(#2772)
Meet Toyo, a five-year-old, fifteen-pound, black rough male who was surrendered by his owner. He is a sweet, loving, and submissive guy who adores children and tends to seek them out.
Once his foster mom oriented him, Toyo got along very well with the other dogs, and his foster mom says he is fine around the cats. He is leashed-trained and enjoys walks. He has almost mastered potty training but has had an occasional accident; overall his foster mom says he does very well. Toyo sleeps in his crate at night but he’s not happy about it; he thinks it would be much better if he slept in the big bed so you wouldn’t be lonely.
Toyo is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, micro-chipped, and on heartworm preventative. We ask that he be kept on a high-quality dog food to maintain his good health and his beautiful black coat.
We feel Toyo would do very well in a home with respectful children. This lovable boy wants to be the apple of someone’s eye. Could that someone be you?
Here is a cute video of Toyo.
Here is another cute video of Toyo playing with Ava.
Toyo is located in the Austin, TX area.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Connie at conniel@andell.com.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
