Meet Toto!
Toto is an absolute sweetheart. She is very affectionate giving lots of kisses. She was very frightened at the shelter where she was staying but never tried to bite at all even as scared as she was. She is good with cats and other dogs and has been very good about getting a bath. She is very friendly although a little frightened until she gets to know you.
Toto has had major dental work due to an infection in her mouth caused by rotting teeth. She has been spayed, heartwork checked, treated for mites and is up to date on all vaccines. She weighs around 8.5 lbs. The vet estimates her age to be around 6 years.
Toto is located in Floyds Knobs, IN.

Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.

Update!
Toto has been Adopted!
From Toto's (now named Nelly) new Mom...
Here are some pictures of Nelly with Gabby and Annie. Annie is still a little put off - huffy. But, they are getting along really well. Nelly does push Annie and Gabby around when it's time to eat - and she IS in charge. Nelly slept all night with us in the bed last night and was VERY good. She LOVES chewies and gathers all she can find and brings them into her crate. She's been doing her business outside and walks on the leash...She was great traveling in her crate in the car.
We can never thank you all for making our little family complete. Nelly is such a loving and cuddly baby...Tim and I are just soooo thankful...
