Meet Tinker!

Tinker is the sweetest thing on 4 paws. He came from a breeder who didn't really care about him. Come and see how wonderful he is.

Upshur County 114 is also heartworm positive and will require treatment after adoption, but thanks to a generous donor, treatments will be free to the new family.
