Meet Taffy!
Hello,
My name is Taffy, and I am the apple of my foster mother's eye!
I came from a puppy mill in Kansas where I was not kept in the
best conditions. I am almost 7 months old and I weigh 6 pounds.
It took me a couple of days to warm up to my foster family (3
other griff siblings), but now I am one of the pack!
I get along well with everyone, especially my foster sisters.
I have quickly learned my daily routines in my foster home. I
love being held and getting my ears scratched. I really enjoy
snuggling with my foster Mom while she watches TV or surfs the
internet. I am still getting used to life outside the puppy mill
which would explain why I bark and growl at the dishwasher, washing
machine, and sometimes even the heat vents!
I am really working on my housetraining, and I am learning very
fast. I am leash-trained and love to go on walks with my foster
family. I need a family that is willing to give me lots of attention
and love. I would prefer someone that is home a lot. I would even
love some brothers and sisters! I have been spoiled by my foster
family and need a forever home that is willing to give me the
same amount of love and attention that I need.
Taffy is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations, heart
worm negative and on preventative. She is located in Memphis,
Tennessee.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our adoption
application. If you would like more information, please contact
Carol.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
