Meet Sugar Baby!

Sugar was born August 24, 2006. She weighs about six pounds now at 14 weeks and will probably mature at about 15 pounds. Her Mom, Sweet Baby is also in our rescue program.

Sugar is quickly learning how to “go” outside. She can never be left outside alone because she is a climber and a digger. She is very smart, loves people, and her tail is always up and always wagging. She does very well on a lead and happily goes in her crate for quiet time. Like all puppies she is a delightful little minx who wants your full attention.

Sugar is current with her shots and is on heartworm preventative. She will only go to a home where she will be spayed when she is a little older.

Sugar and her foster mom are dividing their time between Grove, OK and Rochester, MN.

If you would like more information, contact Margie. If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
