Meet Sophie!

Sophie is a 2 year old, 11 pound pistol who loves everybody. She looks at you and says, "Aren't I cute and don't you want to play with me?"

Sophie came into the NBGR program because her owners' work schedules would not allow enough time to spend with her. She would love to have a "forever" home with an active family and would prefer to have someone who will be home most of the time to give her the attention she craves. She would also like to have a doggie buddy or two. Sophie loves to snuggle and sleep with her humans and will shower you with affection.

If you are truly looking for a companion who will be devoted to you, then Sophie is your girl. She is spayed, up to date on her shots and on heartworm preventative. She is ready to step into your life.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
