a 10 month old, 14 lb. black rough Brussels Griffon. He has been neutered and
is up to date on all his shots. Scooter, like all Griffons is wary of strangers
at first, but once he gets to know you he is very loving. He is "almost housebroken"
and well mannered in the house. He loves to curl up on the couch or in your lap.
He gets along with other dogs. He would so like to find a loving forever home.
Scooter is being fostered
in San Luis Obispo, CA, which is located on the Central Coast.
If you would like more information,
contact Carole Ross. If you are interested
in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.
Keep in mind that we prefer
to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone
from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to
fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.

Scooter has been Adopted!
Scooter has found not only
a new home, but his litter mate brother, Sammy. In comparing information and paperwork
we found that Scooter and his new friend Sammy were purchased from the same pet
shop and have the same birthday. These two would be better described as Mutt and
Jeff, but they instantly bonded and Scooter was given directions by Sammy on how
to use the doggy dog. Both of these guys are a ball of energy and I know the new
parents are going to have their hands full for a while.
