Meet Roadie!

Meet two year old rockin Roadie - hailing from Houston, Texas. Roadie has had two of the three things on his wish list fulfilled - First: Roadie was picked up as a stray and found himself in an animal shelter. Now, that’s really a good thing because when he was found Roadie was covered with fleas, so bad that he had lost most of the hair on the back half of his tiny nine pound body. Second: Roadie was sprung from the shelter by NBGR so he would no longer be in danger and they could help him find the third item on his list – a loving forever home.

Roadie is very sweet, gets along well with other dogs, walks beautifully on a leash, has not had any accidents in his foster home, sleeps without a peep in his crate but would much rather snuggle next to you under the covers in the big bed! Most of all Roadie wants to be with you at all times. He knows basic commands like sit, stay, and down. He’s a happy little boy with tons of love to give.

Roadie is waiting - will you be the one who can make his third wish come true? You could both ride off into the sunset and live happily ever after!

Roadie is neutered, UTD on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative, and Micro-chipped. He is located in Houston, TX.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
