Meet Rags!
You will go from Rags to Riches when you adopt this little guy. Isn’t he just the cutest! His foster mom says his wonderful personality is beginning to shine; it just takes a little coaxing to bring it out.
Rags is definitely a people lover (men and women) and wants to be near his humans as much as possible. He is not too sure about cats though, and it seems he prefers female dog companions to males and does not like large dogs. His pottying habits at his foster home are good, but he still marks territory when anxious or excited.
Do you have the time to love this little guy? He will surely reward you with lots and lots of affection and enrich your life immeasurably.
Rags is three years old and weighs 8.5 pounds. He is neutered, current on his vaccinations, microshipped, heart worm negative and on preventative. He is located near Houston, Texas.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
