Meet Quincy!

Quincy is a neutered male. He is reportedly around 10 years old, but acts much younger. He has a wiry coat and is a sturdy little guy for such a small dog. He has had femoral head ostectomies in both hips so cannot jump, but he still gets around pretty well.

He needs rescue fast! He is not tolerating the shelter very well and we don't have a foster home for him.
