Meet Pixie and Dolly!

Words can’t describe how special it is to have these two little senior girls in your home. A mother-daughter duo, Pixie and Dolly are young for their 10 &11 years and hop around like little bunnies, especially when it’s meal time. Both are potty-trained, crate-trained, and as full of love as you could ever imagine. They are also leash-trained and love to go for walks when the weather is cooler. Pixie especially loves walks as she thinks she’s in the show ring and prances the whole way.

Pixie and Dolly weigh 7 lb each. Because of their tiny size, they cannot go to a home with children, and we ask that the adults in their new family be steady on their feet since these two girls want to be in step with your every move and can get underfoot quickly.

Which is which? Well, an easy way to remember is that Pixie, the mom, has perky ears, and Dolly, the daughter, has dancing ears. Always within inches of each other, these two must stay together.

Please don’t overlook these precious girls because of their age; Griffs can easily live to be 15 years old. Pixie and Dolly still have years to fill your heart and soul with love, and it will only take them seconds to start working their way into your heart and onto your lap.

These ladies are up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, micro-chipped, have had their teeth cleaned within the last year, and ready for their forever home. You just can’t find two more delightful, loving girls to share your heart and home with.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
