Meet Penny!
(#2369)
Penny's
beginnings were not ideal for such a sweet, loving little girl,
but she quickly became accustomed to living in a home with people
that care about her. She is still a little on the shy side especially
when new people are over at the house or with large groups but
is getting used to the family and friends that are over often.
Penny gets along well with other dogs and is almost potty trained!
She does have occasional accidents when she is left alone for
more than a few hours, so we are looking for someone that is home
most of the time. Do you have the time and love in your heart
to give this little girl the forever home that she deserves?
Her foster mom's 10 year old daughter loves Penny and wrote this
about her: "Having Penny as our family's foster dog has been so
much fun from the day my mom brought her home. Penny is a sweet,
spunky dog and she has a lot of spice. Like all dogs, it will
take a little while for her to warm up to you, but when she does
she will be a loving girl. Penny gets along with other dogs too."
Penny is about one year old and 13 lbs. She is spayed, up to date
on all her vaccinations and on heartworm preventative. She is
located in Plymouth, MI..
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact
Judy.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
