Meet Penelope!

Penelope was rescued from life in a puppy mill in November. She was in terrible shape when we first saved her. Her eyes were covered with a blue film from having been dumped in insecticide. She is all better now & ready for her very own home! She is about 2-3 years of age. Here is a note from her foster mom "Penelope is a fabulous dog! She is very sweet and quiet and is doing great on her potty training. She is fully crate trained. Penelope loves attention and when she is happy her whole back half wiggles (not just her tail) Penelope loves people and kids of all ages, but is a little shy at first. As soon as she warms up you will be her best friend for life!"
