Meet Oscar!
(#2468)
Oscar
is a sweet, playful, 18 month old neutered male Brussels Griffon
who was surrendered by his owner due to a change to long shift
work. Oscar is a lean 16 pounds.
Oscar has a sweet inquisitive personality. He loves to give kisses
and play fetch. He is doing pretty well with housebreaking – although
when he gets a new home, he may backslide a bit as most dogs do.
Oscar gets along well with other dogs and children. He is good
on a leash and comfortable in a crate. He just needs someone who
can give him the attention and exercise he so enjoys!
Oscar is up to date on vaccines. He is heartworm negative and
takes heartworm preventative. Oscar is being fostered in Alexandria,
VA.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact
Vicki.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
