Meet Old Man Griff!

Old Man Griff - or as we call him "OMG" !! for Oh My Goodness, is he cute !!

OMG is an elder Griff man looking to find a warm lap to retire on. He doesn't take up much room, he's a small guy - all 6.5 lbs of him.

OMG has lived a hard life - he came into rescue as a stray from a kill shelter riddled with fleas, worms and in desparate need of some good 'ole loving care. NBGR swooped in and rescued him from euthanasia and wisked him off to the vet for a complete makeover. He is now happy and healthy, neutered, teeth cleaned and up to date on all vaccines. His foster mom reports he is a lovebug and follows her everywhere. He doesn't hear well - so she uses hand signals to communicate with him and he does just fine around the house. He is good with other dogs and bonds quickly to his person. This boy is a keeper!

Old Man Griff is being fostered in Salisbury, NC.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
