Meet Mugs!

We went down to the Michigan Humane Society, Detroit Shelter, and picked up "Mugs". He was so scared and 'out of it' at first...but he has come around and proved to be a sweet, responsive little boy! He has been giving GREAT Griffy kisses...he loves walks, likes cats and kids, and seems to enjoy the company of other dogs.

He is a red rough with natural ears and tail, about 14 pounds. He was surrendered because his owner 'didn't want him any more'. He is about four to five years old, and very healthy except that he needs a dentistry. He is completely vaccinated, neutered and heartworm negative. I think he will be a very devoted companion to whoever is lucky enough to devote adopt him.

Mugs is located in Michigan.

If you would like more information, contact Vicki O'Neill . If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
