Meet Mugs! (#2672)
Mugs is a very sweet little fellow who was found by the side of the road by a very nice man. He had been hit by a car and had a broken leg. This man took him to the vets and got him all fixed up with a pin in his leg and tried very hard to find his owner. After the owner search was unsuccessful – it was determined Mugs should come in to the NBGR program because he didn’t like the young kids in his rescuer’s home.
Mugs weighs about 17 lbs. and he is neutered. He is working on his housebreaking skills. He gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home and loves to play with his new Boston Terrier buddy.
Mugs is a cutie as you can see in his before and after grooming pictures! He is being fostered in Louisville, KY.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
