Meet Mr. Black!

He is a darling outgoing precious 16 month old pup. He and three other Griffons had been living outside in a dirt pen. It has been less than a week since he has been in his foster home but he is learning all about the good life. His lead training is progressing very well as is his house training. He is crate trained and knows how to use the dog door.

Mr. Black still has a lot to learn about house manners but is making great strides and is a good boy. He is also quite an eating machine and is filling out his 10 pound frame. He is heartworm negative and has started on his preventative. He has had his first shots and has been wormed and bathed. He will be neutered in two weeks and then should soon be ready for his new forever home.

Today he discovered the toy chest and wow is he learning how to play and fast. This is an active playful pup.

Mr. Black is located in Houston, Texas.

If you would like more information, contact Margie Simon . If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
