  Meet MoMo!
(#2567 )

This little girl found herself in a shelter when her owner had to move into an assisted living facility and couldn’t take her along. Fortunately, NBGR came along to rescue her! While at the shelter, she won over everyone she came in contact with and received special treatment as the “office dog”. She is an extremely sweet natured girl who loves soft blankets, furniture, beds and living the spoiled life.

MoMo is a Brussels Griffon wannabe who weighs about 12 lbs. She is 7 years old, is spayed, housebroken, leash trained, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and on heartworm/ flea preventatives. She has recently had her teeth cleaned and is ready for a new home!

Momo is a very gentle dog and has obviously been a lap dog her entire life. She is happiest when she is either sitting in your lap or lounging on the sofa next to you. She might also prefer to sleep in your bed but would likely be happy in a comfy dog bed next to your bed. Keeping in Griffon fashion, she really likes to be close to her people! She will do best in a home where there is someone with her most of the time.

She doesn’t seem to have a problem with cats but she is frightened by children. They move too fast for her and she’s so mild mannered that she’d prefer to live with adults. Her owner said she loves carrots, broccoli and cabbage but her foster home found she also loves Pupperoni. She will “talk” to you about certain things that interest her.

Momo deserves a loving home where she is wanted and adored as the Princess that she is!

Momo is being fostered in Hattiesburg, MS.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
