Meet Max!

Max was surrendered by his family; they left him at a shelter and never looked back. Luckily, Max had a guardian angel at that shelter who contacted NBGR to find Max the loving home he deserves.

Max is two-year-old who loves to play. He gets along well with other dogs and is good with older children. Max knows basic commands – sit, stay, down, and always comes when he’s called. His foster mom says he minds very well and doesn’t bark. He is good on a leash, and we think he would love to go for walks with you. He is also house-trained and sleeps quietly in his crate.

Max weighs 15 lb, is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. He is looking for a forever home with a family who will welcome him with open arms and never let him go. Could you be the forever family Max deserves?

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
