  Meet Margo!
(#2724)

Margo is a sweet but very shy girl. She was rescued from a hoarding situation in Ohio where she was living in terrible conditions. Margo didn’t have the socialization she needed in her early life – so while she is totally enjoying playing with other dogs – she is still very nervous with people. She loves squeaky toys and pounces on them fiercely! Margo will need a very patient person willing to wait for her trust and to help her understand people are good.

Margo weighs about 5-6 lbs. We believe she is about 18 months old. She is spayed and heartworm negative. Margo is up-to-date on vaccines and takes heartworm preventative. She is being fostered in the St. Petersburg, FL area.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
