Meet Maddox!
Maddox
was surrendered to Rescue when his owner could no longer house
him. Maddox is a black rough coat male, who is 10 months old and
weighs 17 pounds.
Maddox is a sweet, energetic love-bug. He loves to cuddle with
his people and the other fur-kids in his foster home and always
wants to use everyone as a chair! He is a very active puppy who
loves to run, play, climb and explore. He loves having other friends
to play with and really likes to wrestle and play chase.
Maddox has asked to be placed in a home where he will get tons
of attention and will get plenty of high-impact exercise. In addition,
Maddox will do best in a home where he is not left alone for extended
periods of time, and where any other fur-kids will understand
that Maddox is still a puppy.
Because Maddox is a puppy he is still getting used to the world
and how he fits into it, but he is catching on pretty quickly
and is learning that all those sights and sounds are not so scary.
He is house-broken (but does have the occasional puppy accident),
crate trained and leash trained.
Maddox is microchipped, neutered, on heartworm preventive, and
up to date on his vaccinations. He is located in Sacramento,
California.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our adoption
application. If you would like more information, please contact
Dee.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
