Maddie is a sweetheart, a clingy, quiet little girl. She sleeps in a crate in her foster home but would love to sleep in bed with her family. She uses the doggie door, but rushes back to be in the house when she is finished doing her jobs. She has learned to play with toys. She loves food and will do most anything for a treat.
Maddie loves other dogs and her foster parents. She has learned to love new people coming in although she may take a little time to warm up to them. She will walk on a leash. She is a velcro dog, just loves to be close to her family. She will make a wonderful pet for the right person.
Maddie is about six years old and she weighs about 12-13 lbs. She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccines. Maddie is heart worm negative and takes heart worm preventative.
Maddie is being fostered in NE Indiana.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Vicki at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
