Meet Macy!

Note: This dog is not in our program.
This is a courtesy listing only, to assist in finding him/her a home.

Macy was an owner surrender. The owner said that they didn't have time for the dog. Since this little girl lived outside 24/7, how much time could she have taken? The previous owner said that she was a pug/shih tzu mix. I can see the pug in her, but I think that the other half is some kind of terrier or affenpinscher. Maybe Brussels Griffon. She looks like a little, long haired pug. Her coat is terrier-like, not shih tzu like.

Macy is two years old. 14 pounds. Not yet housebroken due to having lived outside all the time. She walks good on a leash. She gets along with other dogs of all sizes. She has not been tested on cats yet. She loves all people and gives great kisses. She went to Petsmart the other day and we discovered that she loves children. Every kid had to get his face kissed. Although she is quite energetic and a busy body, her favorite thing is to sit on your lap and cuddle. She will be spayed before placement.

Macy is with Operation C.A.R.E. in Rock Hill, SC. If you are interested in learning more about Macy you may contact them at clandefeld@direcway.com.
