Meet Lester!
Lester is a sweet, adorable little rough coat Griff boy. He is about six years old (which is young in Griff years) and weighs just 10 pounds.
Lester adores his foster sisters and loves to play and snuggle with them. He absolutely loves dog beds! He also enjoys playing with his new foster brother, a Border Collie. He gets along very well with cats, too! Lester is crate trained, is doing well with house training and he is also working on his leash training.
Lester will be a great companion and lap dog and is waiting for the perfect person to give him a wonderful, loving home. Through no fault of his own Lester has had a little bad luck in finding his forever home. He has had several wonderful prospective homes, but last minute complications kept them from happening. His foster mom is broken hearted as she feels this little guy is ready and so deserves a forever home. He is a little shy at first, but loves attention from his people. He is more than willing to come right up for a scratch behind his ears.
Lester is neutered, current on all vaccinations, microchipped,
heart worm negative and on preventative. He is located near Detroit,
Michigan.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our adoption
application. If you would like more information, please contact Judy at judyips@sbcglobal.net.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
