Meet Jack!

Meet Jack – a stout, five-year-old cutie pie who was surrendered by his family because a larger dog in the family was being too rough with him. Jack was loved and well taken care of by his previous family.

Jack has wasted no time winning the praise (and the heart) of his foster mom; he has learned to ‘sit’ and is working on ‘stay’. He has not had any accidents in the house, and he sleeps in his crate. Jack loves to go for walks and gets along well with other dogs, including the 140-lb foster brother with whom he now shares quarters. He is a happy boy who will put a smile in your heart and on your face.

Jack weighs a fit 17 pounds, is neutered, current on all vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and on a preventative. All he needs now is a loving family.

Jack is located in Houston, TX.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Connie at conniel@andell.com.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
