Meet Ilsa!

Meet Ilsa...she will be eight years old early in 2005. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and is healthy and ready for a new home. She is from a Commercial Kennel in Missouri- rescued by a friend and sent to Michigan for foster care.

Ilsa has obviously raised MANY families and she deserves to spend her middle and old age as a beloved companion. She is delighted with canine companionship and very blase' about cats and other animals. She is learning that we want her companionship as well. I got a little kiss on the nose when she was getting a bath..:) She's watching the other dogs carefully to do the things that they do. She wags her tail and tries so hard to please!

Ilsa is being fostered in Lapeer, MI.

If you would like more information, contact Beth Lane. If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
