Honey is a one and a half year old rough belge female with black mask. She weighs 17 pounds. Honey is spayed and up to date on shots. She loves to play, has a loving, sweet personality and wants to please so much. She is intelligent and learns quickly. Honey is an adorable well mannered girl who is waiting for her forever home.
Honey gets car sick so we would prefer adopting her locally.
Honey is located in Katy, Texas which is close to Houston.
If you would like more information,
contact Margie Simon, 713-783-8887.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.
Keep in mind that we prefer
to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone
from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to
fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.

Honey has been Adopted!
10-03-05 Update from Honey's
Marjorie, I just wanted
to give you an update on our precious little girl! She is adapting to us fantastically.
She follows me around like a shadow. I think she feels more comfortable around
women though. She will sit on the couch with my husband but not next to him. She
will lick his hand and let him hold her – if I’m sitting next to them. But when
he leaves the room, she looks for him. She is very happy. You wouldn’t recognize
her with her new “do” … she looks so much happier. She weighs 15.6# and is very
healthy. You won’t believe this, but she has decided on about 4 occasions that
she wants to sleep with us. She jumps right into bed and sleeps there all night!
She has added so much to our lives. Hope you enjoy the pictures we took this weekend.
