Meet Henry!
Henry is an 8yr old sweet Griffy boy looking for a loving home to call his own. He was rescued from a local shelter in southwest Florida. Henry weighs 16lbs, is neutered, up to date at the vet, and ready to start his new life.
Henry's foster mom and dad report he loves his walks at the beach, snuggling up next to his person, playing gentle with his foster sibling and is just a nice, mellow, sweet dog. He does need gentle reminders to help with his housetraining. Keeping a frequent schedule of going potty outside - his new owner would need to understand that he may have an occasional accident. A patient new mom or dad willling to continue his housetraining will be necessary for Henry to be happy and successful in his new home.
Henry will make a wonderful companion for anyone with patience and lots of love.
Henry is fostered in St. Petersburg, Florida.
If you are interested in adoption please fill out our adoption application. If you would like more information, please contact Cristen.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
