Meet Heather!

Heather is looking for a foster home in Colorado that can work with her during her stay. Heather came from a horrible situation where 90 other dogs lived in the same house in deplorable conditions. She is approximately 5-7 years old, had lots of puppies but very sweet. What we consider "everyday stuff" is all new to Heather! Heather is in good health and likes other dogs. She is mostly housebroken and likes her crate. She is quiet and very fearful of anything new but does like to explore.

Heather will be a great companion to someone that will take the time to help her learn what life is all about. She hasn't had many opportunities to be "a real dog" but she is really trying to do all the right things. Small things are big steps for Heather and seeing her blossom is very rewarding. Heather would not be good with children because she is easily frightened. Please consider giving Heather a chance at a great life, you will find it rewarding.
