Meet Ginger Peachy!

Note: This dog is not in our program.
This is a courtesy listing only, to assist in finding him/her a home.
Ginger Peachy is just that; a sweet little Brussels with lots of get-up-and-go! She is about 5 years old, weighs 8 pounds and was found wandering around, lost. She is house trained, plays well with other dogs, LOVES getting into baskets of towels, and doing the hoochie koochie backrub on scented dryer sheets if you put one on the floor, so of course she always smells fresh as a daisy!
Ginger was spayed 3-29-09 and at that time a mammary tumor was removed which could possibly return in the future. She also had several teeth removed and could use a good dental cleaning. She has been vaccinated, dewormed, heart worm tested (neg.), and micro chipped for identification. We have all fallen in love with her and she follows us around the office and loves sleeping in the sun with her roommate Luke, a poodle/shih tzu.
Please do consider giving Ginger her "forever" home as she is just the most wonderful little girl who has lots of love to give. Please email for a pre-adoption application; we do prefer adopters have a securely fenced yard. ADOPTION DAYS ARE: Tues. & Sat. 10 to 2 or by pre-arranged appointment.
Ginger Peachy is with Homeward Bound Humane Society in Durant, OK. If Interested, please contact them at 580-924-5873 (EMERGENCY: 580-564-3222) or hbhs@myrhinomail.com.
