Meet Frank!

Frank is a neutered black and tan Brussels Griffon. He is up to date on all shots and is heartworm negative and on HW preventative. He is approximately eight years old and weighs about 14 pounds.

Frank came into our rescue program Sept. 2006. He was in a foster home at that time in Minnesota and then brought to a foster home in Houston, TX where, because he was having difficulty going up two steps, he underwent surgery in both hind legs for grade 4 patella subluxation. The operation was a success and Frank is now looking for his perfect retirement home. No children please.

Frank needs a home with a dog savvy person. He is a gentle mellow fellow but has some trust issues with the grooming of his face. Frank gets along with other dogs.

Frank is now in a foster home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.

If you would like more information, contact Margie. If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
