Meet Flora!

Flora is a very sweet little girl who came from a puppy mill closing. Flora is about 6 years old. She is 9-10 lbs. Considering her background she is an amazing little girl – very sweet and just looking for love and not so shy. She looks funny in her pictures because she was shaved right down almost to her skin – even her beard was shaved! She will look a bit better in a few weeks after she grows some hair back.

Flora is not housebroken or leash trained but she is very eager to please and would love a quiet home with someone who can work with her on her house and leash manners. She is so happy for any attention given to her and will make someone a great pet.

Flora is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and on heartworm preventative. She has some health issues we can review with you if you are interested in her. Flora is being fostered in Ohio.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
