Meet
Duke!
(#2678)
Duke is a BIG Brussels griffon – 26 lbs. He came to rescue with Max after their owner died. We think that Duke is probably about 2-3 years old. Duke is a big boy but he has a small dog outlook on life. We are pretty sure he would be a lap dog given the chance – but he is a little shy and he will take a little time to warm up to new people. There is just more of him to love than most of our other griffs!
Duke loves to go for a walk and walks very nicely on his leash. He likes to spend time outside and will go in a crate and settle down for the night pretty well. Duke is working on his housebreaking skills but will need a bit of patience in this area.
Duke is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and is heartworm negative. He is taking heartworm preventative.
Duke’s foster home has Duke and Max. If you are interested in fostering Duke – please contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net.
If you are interested in adopting Duke – please complete our Adoption Application and contact Vicki at vboneill@optonline.net. Duke is being fostered in Las Vegas.

Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
