Meet Chrissy!

Chrissy is 8 months old, spayed, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite & heartworm-free. She is on the large side for a Griff approx. 18lbs. This sweet Griffy girl is sweet as can be.

Chrissy came into rescue because her owner did not have the time to spend working with a puppy. As a result, Chrissy is working on learing to potty outside (no accidents yet!!), learning lots of new words (come, sit, good girl) and getting positive exposure to many new things while in her foster home. She is quite shy and reserved with strangers, but warms up quickly and adores people - both men and women. She enjoys the company of other dogs, both big and small. She is crate-trained, X-pen trained and walks nicely on leash. She is quiet at night in her X-pen, but would prefer to sleep on your bed if given the choice. She travels nicely in the car and enjoys walks to the neighborhood park.

Chrissy would do best in an adult home, possibly with older children.

Chrissy is being fostered in Seattle, Washington.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
