Meet Carter!
(#2457)
Carter is a neutered male Brussels griffon with a black rough coat. He is 3 years old and weighs 17 pounds. He is current on all his vaccinations, is heart worm negative and is on heart worm preventative. He has a very cute face and when he is happy (which is most of the time) he looks like he is smiling and he wiggles all over when he gets attention.
Carter is crated at night and does real well not marking in the house. Carter does well on a leash, although he has only been walked in the yard in his foster home.
Carter is a young dog and he still plays like a pup. He has adjusted well to the pack in his foster home and has not exhibited any aggressive behavior toward any of the other dogs. He loves to play with the other dogs and there is usually a game of tag every day. Carter doesn’t appear to be shy around strangers and he took to his foster parents like he had always been there. He is a happy, active guy who loves to give and receive affection.
Carter is a very sweet, loving, good looking guy. He loves people, other dogs and life in general. He will make some lucky person an excellent companion. He is being fostered in the Wichita, Kansas area.
If you are
interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact
Vicki.
Keep in mind
that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where
they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area
is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get
the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to
travel in the cabin with the passenger.
