Meet Caddo! (#2576)
Hello, World. My name is Caddo, and I’m three to four months old. I am a very lucky boy because I was pulled from a shelter less than 24 hours before I was to be euthanized. That’s right -- put down! Thankfully, I was rescued, and now I have a second chance on a life that almost didn’t get started.
Caddo is a joyful puppy who always seems to be smiling. He is also a very smart little boy who learned to sit the first day he was in his foster home. Caddo is doing well with his housetraining; so far no accidents, but we are working on a strict schedule and he does wear a belly band when he’s in the house just in case he forgets he’s not outside. The only peep out of Caddo when he sleeps in his crate is a cute little snore. (But if you don’t mind his snoring, we bet he’d overlook yours.)
Caddo is a ball of puppy energy and would love to find a home where he can run and romp in the safety of a contained area. He is learning to walk on a leash and loves other dogs, but he will keep himself busy if he has toys to play with.
Caddo weighs 9 lb, will be neutered before he is adopted, is current on all vaccinations, micro-chipped, heart worm negative and on a preventative.
Do you have a place in your home for this precious little boy? Sadly, someone else didn’t value him, but their loss will definitely be your gain!
Caddo is located in Houston, TX.

If you are interested in adoption please fill out our Adoption Application. If you would like more information, please contact Connie at conniel@andell.com.
Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
