Ruffles is a 6 year old Red Rough female that had just been shaved the day before she went missing. She is approximately 7 1/2 lbs. She has been spayed. She is petite and extremely friendly. She obeys simple word commands. She will become your best friend if you call her by name. She managed to get out of the yard and we knew she was missing within 10 minutes. She was seen at a nearby park playing with children but a man was seen picking her up and putting her in his car.
