Update!
December 28, 2003

Flossie has been found and is safely in her "mother's" arms and currently at the vets to be checked and most likely wormed, no telling what she has eaten or drank. She was in good condition from what we could see, a little dirty, but that's to be expected. The postman said he had seen her this morning and we went immediately to the area and found her after a little searching. I couldn't believe she was out in the open and not hiding in some bushes. She was between two apartments that were joined, so couldn't go between them. We had her "sister" Gracey with us and Debbie took her out and Flossie crept up to Debbie and Gracey.

Thank you all for your prayers and concerns and offers of help by way of suggestions, etc. I know how frustrating it is when I'm at home reading about a lost dog far away from me and can't help. Now maybe we can get back to a normal life and relax a bit. I hope none of you ever have to go through looking for one of your beloved pets being lost.

Regards, Ruth

Flossie
Missing from Springfield, Florida
December 24, 2005

A Brussels Griffon is missing in Springfield, Florida. Please help in trying to find Flossie. Flossie is an 8 year old spayed red rough Griffon. Her coat is tan with a reddish tint and black overcoat. She has a long beard and very pug nose. She is skittish around new people. She was staying with friends of her owners who were on vacation and disappeared from their yard on December 24,2005 after someone left a gate open.

Flyers have been posted on many of the telephone poles, at all of the vets offices, local convenience stores, and grooming shops, in mailboxes on the street where she was and the neighboring streets, friends have searched vacant lots and walked the streets looking. She was spotted once on 12-26, but not since then. If you have any information, please contact Bethann Lane.
